Sports Performance
Elite, science-driven training designed to help hockey players move better, get stronger, and perform at their highest level season after season.
What is Sports Performance?
GVN’s Sports Performance Training is a comprehensive, data-driven program built to maximize athletic potential while reducing injury risk. Through individualized strength training, speed and agility development, advanced recovery methods, and sport-specific programming, we prepare athletes to perform at their peak — not just for the upcoming season, but for the long term.
Who We Work with
- Youth hockey players building foundational strength and movement quality
- High school and collegiate athletes preparing for their next season, showcase, or opportunity
- Professional hockey players focused on performance maintenance, load management, and career longevity
- Athletes returning from injury who need a performance-first return-to-play plan
If you play hockey and want to train the right way, this is for you.
“I truly love being here.
Leaving home and finding a place that feels like home says everything. The group creates real synergy among the players, which pushes the level of competition higher every day. That environment is built intentionally, and it shows in how we show up daily.”
— Cole Caufield; Forward for the Montreal Canadiens
