“Working out with the GVN Crew is the best choice I have ever made.
Barely ever touching weights before, Brian saw potential in what I could become. Pushing me day in and day out, Gally helped shape me into not only an amazing athlete, but an even better human being. I owe a lot credit to where I am today to Gally and GVN. My first summer with GVN I was 16 years old 160 pounds. After hard workouts and long talks about nutrition for two summers straight, I was able to gain nearly 20 pounds of straight muscle. I believe that if you want to be the best athlete in your sport, then you should be working out at GVN.”

Our Approach
We take a vertically integrated approach to fitness that addresses all key components of physical performance — mobility, strength, power, speed, and conditioning — within a structured group environment.
Technology is used to assess progress and ensure appropriate progressive overload, with load tracking and performance monitoring supported through tablets during sessions. Every participant receives individual modifications identified through assessment, allowing training to remain safe, effective, and personalized — even in a group setting.
By maintaining a strict 1:6 coach-to-client ratio, we ensure every session delivers high-level coaching, attention to detail, and an environment that promotes accountability and consistency.
Every Group Training program is designed to:
- Improve movement quality, strength, and overall physical capacity
- Support performance in recreational sports and daily activities
- Promote progressive overload through structured programming
- Provide individualized modifications within a group setting
- Create a motivating, community-driven training environment
